Operator Dispatch/Messaging Integration Services Menu



Interpage's TAP/IXO Dispatch integrates the outward messaging requirements of Message Services and Messaging Centers, Operator Disatch, Call Centers, and automated Voice Transcription services with cellphones/text messaging, pagers, e-mail, fax and voice (spoken) notification.

Interpage's TAP Gateway facilitates dispatch to any device or destination via both it's TAP dial-up modem access as well as other available means of submission, such as e-mail and via a password-protected web dispatch portal.

Interpage TAP/Messaging Dispatch accounts can also contain messaging preferences on a per customer basis which your dispatch center can create, maintain, and modify at will via the web, so that each customer may be provided with their own customized personal notification schedule, based on the content of the received message, the time of day, or day or week. Multiple schedules may be combined to give each customer a highly-flexible and customized messaging and/or alarm notification regime - providing your dispatch or messaging service with a degree of customization and specificity unavailable by tranditional dispatch methodologies.

Operator Dispatch/Message Service Features

Chart of Interpag'es Operator Dispatch and Call Center mesaging integration service - Operator Dispatch/Call Centers, Fire/Alarm Dispatch Centers and Equipment, Coin-Op, and other centers and devices which need to send out text messages for customers or automated equipment may dispatch to Interpage's operator dispatch gateway and have messages directed to one or more destinations, including cellphones, pagers, e-mail, fax, or voice notification via voice to landline or cellular telephones.

Operator Dispatch and Transcription: Operator-Dispatch Centers, such as those which accept messages from a customer's callers and relay them to a pager or cellphone, may utilize Interpage's TAP Messaging Gateway as a means to provide their customers with a larger field of messaging devices and methods to receive transcribed messages from their callers. Instead of dispatch to just one device, such as a pager or cellphone, Operator Dispatch Messaging or Transcrption Centers can benefit from offering their customers notification options to nearly any device or telecommunications service, from any comgination of cell phones/SMS devices, to pagers and satellite phones, as well as fax, e-mail, and voice notification.

Best of all, there are no additional equipment or costs - Dispatch Centers may use the method which they have always used - TAP/IXO dispatch, Web submission, or e-mail - to send messages to the Interpage Messaging Gateway, and Interpage will interconnect all received messages with the given subscriber's cellphones, pagers, e-mail and other end destinations. All that's required is a change in the destination number or e-mail where messages are dispatched to, and you and your customer are ready to go!



Interpage's Operator Dispatch service provides for:

• Receive messages on any combination of cellphones/SMS, alpha (or numeric-only) pager(s), e-mail addreses, fax machines, and/or voice notification destinations

• Callers may continue to call their existing numbers and dictate messages to your live operators, which will be transcribed to a text message, page, e-mail, fax, or voice notification message

• Works with existing voicemail transcription services to dispatch received messages to cellpones/SMS, pagers, e-mail, fax, or voice notification

• Interpage Operator Dispatch integration plans are either unlimited or offer generous received messages per month.

• Transcripted messages may be screened, filtered, and directed based upon the content, time, and/or date of a given received message


Services and Pricing

Operator Dispatch/001: 2500 messages per month dispatched via TAP/IXO or E-Mail, with additional pages billed at $.02 per message (that is received by Interpage via TAP or E-Mail). There is no additional or per-use charge to dispatch to any US/Canada SMS, pager, fax, or voice destination, or any e-mail address. Messages can be re-transmitted to up to 5 destinations (SMS, Pager, Fax, Voice and E-Mail). One pager ID included, additional pager IDs are $5 per month. Operator Dispatch/001 costs are $50 per month, plus a one-time set-up fee of $50.

Operator Dispatch/002: As in plan 001 (above), but with 10,000 messages per month, and access to the Interpage Scheduler simple web configuration tool to configure up to 5 destination addresses for each customer. 10 pager IDs are included, with each additional pager ID for $2 per ID. Cost: $100 per month, with a one-time $100 set-up fee; messages above 10,000 in a given months cost $.02 per message.

Operator Dispatch/003: As in plan 002, but with unlimited dispatch, with one simulatenous incoming TAP call (subsequent callers will receive a busy signal until the first call is completed). 25 pager IDs are included, with each additional pager ID for $1 per ID. Cost: $250 per month, with a one time $250 set up charge. Additional incoming lines are available for $50 per line to facilitate multiple simultaneous calls.
